Seagate Freeagent Megaupload What Is Better Seagate Freeagent Go Or Western Digital My Passport Essential?

What is better Seagate freeagent go or western digital my passport essential? - seagate freeagent megaupload

I'm trying to decide on the unit, buy a portable hard drive, the Seagate FreeAgent Go or a Western Digital Passport is essential. Do we need an external power source like a battery? Am I obligated to buy a USB docking station in order to have enough power?

Because of my varied experiences I want to stay with Seagate, unless you want money on WD Raptors dump.

The experience of 20 years will not help, but the reputation of Seagate fell after purchase Connor. :) Infact, the whole society has a dive with layoffs and scattering abroad.

But they have gained significant market share and since then is still very strong in the enterprise / business sales at all times. His current line of consumer products units seem very reliable as Seagate share of good against evil, evil seems less well vs. Western Digital. I have no numbers, but that is what appears after they worked on thousands of computers.

My personal experience with Seagate was excellent. No problem. I can not say the same WD. But here everything is subjective, and luck of the draw ...

From personal experience, I could also Samsung, if available at a price too low.

Both run on your computer through the USB port. Who provides the transfer information to and fro, my question is, why are you only need to backup or store that can afford to be managed
