I have an anxiety disorder!!? - anxiety disorder sports
I am 13 years old and I'm worried about everything! I worry about myself or people I love, sick, suffering, and so on. (Their material is often too silly. The headache and abdominal pain can be a serious illness or arm pain through sports (or simply poor sleep) is like cancer, etc.). Is there anything I can do to not worry!

As you can see - that seems to have an anxiety disorder. I have OCD and it can me nuts with all the concerns I have. Tell your parents to meet consultant psychologist. Drugs like Luvox can be very useful. I am on Luvox, and helped a lot.
Anxiety and fear are very different. But there are things you can do to help you relax. If you feel that anxious, breathe deeply and exhale slowly. To do this ten times. If you focus on your breathing, you will forget what they are waiting impatiently. You can sit back and "hug" yourself. Tap on the shoulders with his hands and thinks of a nice place or something that makes you happy. Registration, hugs and reflection to your brain to work properly in a panic stop. If the anxiety is bad it interferes with your life, you must consult a counselor or psychiatrist.
THE CURE worries = trust in God.
How to start a relationship with God:
(He speaks in your head or out loud, where you are):
Let Jesus have done wrong and want to change and do things.
Believing that Jesus is God and Jesus as Savior.
Commit to follow Jesus.
Please believe me, ask God to show you today evening in the bedroom and asks if he Jesus and ask God to speak to you and asks if he Jesus. Wait and see or hear what he revealed to you.
Then play the Christian music (89.7 FM or online only), talk to God (in your head or out loud), read the Bible (bible.com free online), reading the Bible and help a good church that believes that Jesus is God and follow what the Bible says.
OCD is an anxiety disorder.
Tell your mother or father to make an appointment with a therapist, psychologist doctor, so I have things under control.
You are simply exaggerated.
You still have an anxiety disorder in any way.
