I am a resident of California. I wonder whether the H1B visa holder can be a real estate agent. I try to be. But do not know where to find the answer. I could understand to some degree, a real estate agent who works for a broker and the actions of the Commission. I also understand that we can obtain a license, the vendor after writing courses real estate license.

Is there a place or a number you can call to get the answer?
