Cheapish red eyeshadow? - vegan bright red period

First, I know that the red pigment is made with carmine and therefore no need to scream, vegan, to kill insects.
I just want to know if someone knows where I am a good quality eye shadow, bright red, to find anything under $ 15.
For a school dance, my friends and I went with a group, and the theme of masks, but we put our "masks" in make-up instead of cardboard or another, and all those designed to be bright red appeal, and they are just not the same without them. The next thing I am is in my computer terribly reddish orange.
